About Cornum
We are a private investment firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We are focused on providing investors access to carefully vetted opportunities in real estate and private equity.
Cornum Capital is dedicated in helping our investors achieve outsized returns while carefully managing risk. Since inception, we have invested in over 15 projects, injecting over $30 million in investors’ capital. The company has traditionally focused on quality opportunities backed by strong, experienced sponsors with an emphasis on multifamily development and Class A assets. However, we are strategically flexible and unconstrained by any investment mandate or limitations. We are always seeking emerging opportunities with compelling value propositions that will “beat the market” even as market conditions change.

Our People
Kevin Chow
MANAGING PARTNER
Kevin is a seasoned entrepreneur, operator, and real estate investor, with extensive experience advising high net worth individuals, building businesses, and investment management. He has been a general partner and investor in over 15 real estate transactions, ranging from development to value-add. He was previously the CEO and co-founder of World’s Best, a curated luxury marketplace serving affluent and sophisticated consumers around the globe. He began his career in the private bank with JPMorgan.
Kevin graduated from Yale University with a degree in Economics and Mathematics and is an Eagle Scout. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his family.
Shutong Zhang
PARTNER
Shutong brings extensive institutional experience from OMERS, Medley Capital, Leonard Green, and Goldman Sachs. He spent several years working with former megafund partners seeking to launch their own fund and has raised capital from a variety of institutions, family offices, and HNWI. He has transaction experience across a number of sectors and capital structure and has been involved in five private equity syndications.
Shutong graduated with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia. He is an avid Pickleball player and competes weekly in local tournaments.
