Our Process

1. Tell us about yourself

Fill out our investor form to help us understand more about your investing goals and background. You will become a part of our investor community and receive updates on our latest investment opportunities.

2. Schedule a call

After we have reviewed your form, we will contact you to schedule a call and discuss your objectives and answer any questions you may have.

3. Access our opportunities

Review our current deals in the Investor Portal to see if an opportunity is right for you. Conduct your own due diligence or contact us with any questions.

4. Become an investor

Complete the application for a new investment opportunity and follow the wire instructions provided in the Investor Portal.

5. Sit back and relax

Track your investments as they grow. Receive profit distributions and regular communication from our team throughout the lifecycle of the investment.

Accredited: Your individual income has been $200,000 or more in the past two years, and you have a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level this year OR your joint income with your spouse has been $300,000 or more in the past two years, and you have a reasonable expectation of reaching the same income level this year OR your individual or join net worth exceeds $1,000,000, excluding your primary residence.

Sophisticated: You have sufficient knowledge and experience in financial and business matters to make you capable of evaluating the merits and risks of a prospective investment.
